Marco Masini, a famous San Remo Festival singer, has signed an anomalous contract with Universal, managing an album of new songs, containing San Remo’s Italy, a greatest hits for the twenty years of career that will be published in 2010, and other 24 songs.
Not an another album, but 24 songs, each one with its own price. From 2011 will not distribute more cds. No more physical supprts – Masini reports words by Universal and continues – I have signed a contract calculating the price for each song. Read more »

Jamison Young is a musician who records endlessly and plays live as often as he can. Young releases all his music under a CC licence, some through ‘fairplay’ label (and former Featured Commoner) Beatpick, who helped get Young’s track “Memories Child” into the soundtrack for new feature film “The X-Files: I Want to Believe“.
