Alexei Yavlinsky, BeholdSearch.com chief developer, has announced their new tool on cc-community mailing list.
Behold is a search engine with the goal of indexing high quality images on Flickr released under various Creative Commons licenses. Behold attempts to catalogue CC images with quality comparable to that of professional image archives such as Getty Images or Corbis, by using the social structure of Flickr and image content analysis.
