Why a network
In our network every single freelancer is and remains independent. Everyone mantains his Vat number, promotes himself and makes the best choices for his career. The network is only a tool serving its members. We choose to subscribe to the network only because this brings real benefits, whether direct or indirect: this is the only purpose of this community, is its lifeblood. The challenge is to embed more and more pieces to build a strong base. The challenge has just begun and, thanks to you, we can win it.
We do not want an absolute leader. The leadership of a project must be earned through proven skills and confidence gained. We believe that leadership is based on charisma demonstrated through a constructive dialogue daily, not on imposition. At the same time we need some rules, few, but solid and incontestable.
We believe in ethical values, not just economic: that is why all our member endorses and supports our code of ethics.
We support free culture. All our members actively contribute to the growth of the heritage of free works, releasing all their works under a some rights reserved license, under the The Open Knowledge Definition.
